Amanda Colpoys is head agile coach at Moonpig. Amanda began her career in TV production with the BBC, later moving in to technology. Having worked for an independent agency, she joined Moonpig four years ago. Amanda focused initially on introducing agile and lean within product and engineering, fostering mature, cross-functional teams and leading them to continuous deployment. She is now focused on an Agile transformation across the wider organisation, extending a lean approach to the commercial, marketing, creative and design teams.
