Peter Cheese, CEO of the CIPD, is recognised as a consultant, speaker and writer in the field of human capital and organisation, and has worked with many organisations, practitioners and thought leaders in this field. He was voted as the UKs most influential thinker in HR for 2013 by HR Magazine. He is also a non-exec director at BPP University, and sits on the Advisory Board of the Open University Business School.
Peter has written numerous articles for leading publications worldwide and was the lead author on a book, The Talent-Powered Organisation, published in October 2007 by Kogan Page. In 2008 he was named by Consulting Magazine as one of the top 25 consultants worldwide.
